The contact form

When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, the app it is about and your message. It is delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email provider, and is not stored on this website.

We use it only to reply to you. We keep it while the conversation is open and delete it when it is no longer needed. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages are visited and how people find the site. Its cookies are only set if you choose Accept in the cookie bar. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set, though Google may still receive a basic signal that a page was viewed, without cookies or identifiers. We never use this data for advertising and the site runs no ads.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, loaded through the same tag manager, to see how pages are used through anonymised session replays and heatmaps. It only loads if you choose Accept. It sets the cookies _clck (kept for up to 12 months) and _clsk (kept for one day), and the contact form fields are masked so what you type is never recorded. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, Clarity does not load. Microsoft explains its handling at privacy.microsoft.com.

Your choice is saved in your browser. Change it any time with Cookies in the footer. Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com.

Server logs

Like most websites, our server records each request, including the IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for up to 62 days.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Use our contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
